CA Muktanand Dhomane is a Fellow Member of ICAI and has been in continuous practice since July 2001. As Senior Partner of MGR & Associates, he leads the firm's engagements in taxation, audit, financial advisory, and regulatory compliance. With over two decades of post-qualification experience, he has developed extensive expertise in direct and indirect taxation, statutory audits, bank audits, cooperative sector audits, and advisory services under various fiscal and corporate laws.

He has handled assignments involving scrutiny assessments, appellate proceedings, tax planning, financial structuring, and compliance management for individuals, firms, companies, trusts, and cooperative institutions.

CA Ram Hotchandani is a senior practicing Chartered Accountant and Partner at MGR & Associates with professional experience since January 2003. With over two decades of continuous practice, he has developed extensive expertise in audit, assurance, taxation, and compliance matters. He is a Commerce Graduate and Fellow Member of ICAI, and has successfully completed the Certificate Course in Audit of Cooperative Society conducted by ICAI.

With a strong foundation in audit principles and regulatory compliance, CA Ram Hotchandani provides client-centric solutions ensuring adherence to statutory provisions, transparent financial reporting, and sound governance practices.

CA Ganesh Roda is a Fellow Member of ICAI and has been in continuous practice since July 2006. He possesses extensive professional experience in statutory audit, taxation, banking audit, cooperative sector audit, and advisory services. He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (D.I.S.A.) and has completed five specialized certificate courses from ICAI, making him one of the most credentialed partners in the firm.

He is known for his systematic approach, adherence to statutory compliance, and professional integrity in delivering audit and consultancy services to banking institutions, cooperative societies, corporate entities, trusts, and non-profit organizations.
